Welcome back Freedom Eagles,

We hope you had a great summer and are excited for the upcoming school year! The PTA has some exciting plans for our students this year, starting with our 2021 Fun Run!!

\r\n

In just 2 weeks, we’ll kick off our Freedom Fun Run on August 30th! Our goal as the PTA is to raise $15,000 which will go towards activities and events that will help strengthen our school community. This year more than ever, we need additional funds to provide an excellent experience for all of our students. We completely understand if your family is not in a position to financially support the school right now. You can still be involved by simply SHARING about our fundraiser with friends and extended family online at mybooster.com. Sharing IS supporting! All students will participate in the Freedom Fun Run, regardless of financial participation. We will also be following our school safety guidelines to ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone.

We appreciate your support more than you know. More details to come as we get closer to kickoff!

We will also have our first in-person General Meeting of the year on Tuesday, September 14th at 5pm. This is an important one and we’ll need as many members in attendance as we can in order to go over and approve our PTA budget for the year. We won’t be able to do much without approval from our members! If you haven’t joined the PTA yet, you can purchase your $8 membership online at http://linktr.ee/freedompta and click on the “e-store” button. All members in attendance will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to go home with a new Razor Scooter!
