Freedom Elementary

Freedom: Attention 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade parents. Please have your student dress accordingly tomorrow for Frontier Days, as they will be outside for most of the afternoon.

Thank you to all those who participated or supported our first ever Freedom Color Fun Run. Together, we raised $2,500 for play ground equipment/expansion!

Color Run participants wear a shirt that can be colored, shorts/pants, and running shoes that can get wet. Bandanas and goggles/sunglasses recommended. Swimsuits can be worn underneath clothes, but t-shirts and shorts must stay on. Extra clothes are recommended for afterwards. The front parking area will be closed to all traffic/parking after morning drop off (approx. 9:30 am).

Freedom Color Run Deadline Extended through today at 3:00 p.m. To ensure there is enough color for all participants we will not be able to accept any registrations after today at 3:00 p.m.

Monday, September 18 is Constitution Day. Students wear a Red, White, or Blue uniform polo.

5th Grade Field Trip to Discovery Zone is this Friday, September 15. (CLASSES of MS. SMITH and MR. WHIPP only)

The last day to register for the Freedom Color Fun Run is Friday, 15 September. PreK through 5th grade. $5

Attention Freedom: Bus #683 will ride bus #695 this afternoon.

Freedom: Bus #24 will be riding bus #112, and bus #27 will be riding bus #41 until further notice. Thank you for being flexible.

Attention: Tomorrow we are celebrating Global Play Day. All grade levels will be allowed to wear play clothes to school tomorrow.

K-5 Students: Don't forget to read 6 hours to earn a free Six Flags Over Texas ticket! All reading logs are due to the library Feb. 17!

Elfandia Winter Program is tonight, December 6th, at 7:00 p.m. Stage parts report to Green gym by 6:30 p.m. and Chorus to gym by 6:45.

Our Red Ribbon Week Celebration continues! Wednesday 10/26- Wear RED Thursday 10/27- Drugs can't see us- Wear Camouflage! Friday 10/28- Team Up Against Drugs- Wear your favorite team jersey!
